Malaysia: Ori ar?

This is perhaps my most controversial post of all time. I can't say much on this but as we all know Malaysia just recently unveil the 3rd generation coins and this is what it looks like...


but as I look closer and stare longer (yes, I stare at coins) does it looks like....

These are the Euro coins and no this is not what I'm trying to say... Look closer...









Israel? Seriously? Our passport can't even get us there... (Yup, look at your passport closely and you'll notice that you cannot travel to Israel) besides, why u wanna go there for?

Anyhow, this is the time my curiousity begins again and I found out that even Malaysia national anthem is not original. The anthem copy a song from Hawaii's Mamula Moon... Don't believe me? Just listen and see...


At least this song is better...


Although Penang Laksa made it to 7th spot of the most delicious food in the world but somehow watching this didn't really make me feel proud. Come on la, at least put the coins based on 1Malaysia concept or something... I respect the Orang Asli but how about the other 3 coins? What do you think about these new coins? So High vs. Sohai

Yes! First test 1 paper is over and inspirations starts flowing in again. After having read one of my good friends blog post. I realised that Malaysia and Singapore have many differences as well. In Singapore, you're not given a chance to speak your own preferred language like Hokkien. However, in Malaysia, it is not that I have no one to speak Hokkien dialect to but the thing is when you go Kuantan, most of the Chinese there speaks Cantonese and this became very difficult for me and my friend to order our food. We sounded weird...well... mostly not me (Thank you TVB drama) with our Hokkien mix English mix Cantonese words that came out from my mouth. The place was crowded. You were standing quietly, hands tugged into your straight cut jeans eyes locked on the wide boards over the top of the shelf. There are 2 persons standing in front of you - both larger than you. The first man at the front has been staring at that same wide board for some time now before he started speaking. Your hands began to sweat as you never done this before.
