Section 114A: How It Affect You And Me

Please take  some time off to look at this very important message. Recently Malaysian Parliamentry sitting just announced the amendment of Section 114A which enables law enforcement officials to hold one accountable for publishing seditious, defamatory or libelous content online, as long as the allegedly defamatory content is traced back to one's username, electronic device and/or WiFi network.

It means that anything you post, create or even share anywhere in the world wide web, if the Government thinks you're wrong then you will be heading to court. Example, if you share an alleged video of a famous politician having an affair, I'm not mentioning names here but here's a picture of one of the few that supports the ammendment of Section 114A below. If the Government feels this threatens the country, then I bid you good luck.

This guy can be the next Samy Vellu I tell you... For example....

Outstanding achievers: Pandelela and Chong Wei smiling as they pose with (from left) Star Publications (M) Berhad group managing director/chief executive officer Ho Kay Tat, chairman Tan Sri Dr Fong Chan Onn, Dr Chua and Lee during the cheque presentation ceremony at Menara Star, Petaling Jaya.

Okay... Back to the topic, despite all this, like most Malaysian's law, there are exceptions one, if you are someone famous in the political world but make stupid remarks, of course they will not include your statement one into this act. If you still don't understand, here's a video to make you understand...

P/S: Because of this act, from now on, I will be writing more on my stories rather than sharing general knowledge in my blog. Sorry guys... It's not my fault... It's....................
